MAVL Group k.s. was founded in January 2026 in Bardejov, Slovakia, with a Vienna office on Kinkplatz, by a group convinced that Austria's villas — its lakeside estates, its Hietzing manors, its Wachau country houses — deserved patient, cross-border capital with a long horizon.

We are a new house with old principles. Each villa we underwrite is sourced off-market, restored under heritage supervision, and held for the long horizon — for cashflow, provenance, and the preservation of land.

Our investors are families, foundations and institutions who share our preference for land and buildings over benchmarks.
